About

I trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, obtaining
a first and second level diploma in Painting and then
specializing in Visual Arts and Graphic Design.

My artist's pictorial research focuses on the elements of
nature, understood as natural environments where
Mother Nature has shaped ecological niches and habitats
that are complex in their form and structure over time.

Through the experience of travel and research, I try to
document through notebooks, anvases, photographs and
drawings everything I observea and perceive when I’m in
a specific place and moment: nature manifests itself as a
living and independent presence, capable of existing
beyond the human dimension, recalling its primordial
force and its incessant change.

Through material brushstrokes and graphic signs, the
artist's paintings aim to capture the essence of unique, wild
and uncontaminated landscapes

Natural elements such as woods, forests, rivers and
ancient traces of life intertwine in a visual narrative that
celebrates both the majesty and fragility of the latter.

The worrying data of global warming and meteorological
damage in recent years are putting the resistance of the
natural landscapes of our planet to the test, which is why
the artist is even more driven to analyze and develop this
theme to highlight the beauty and unique strength of
nature through Art.

  • I have created exhibitions and solo shows of my works
and I’ve designed paper editions, publications, digital
    editions, brochures and pamphlets.

Solo Show

"Là, lungo altre terre" is my first solo exhibition
curated by Federica Arcoraci and Bruno Lorini
at Instudio in Padua.

The exhibition brings out a visual dialectic that
compares two very different landscapes that
are the Dolomites and the Azores: two travel
experiences that I have crossed in different
periods.

Everything comes from the observation of the
latter where rituals of contemplation take place
between my conscience and that of nature and
these two landscapes.

Photographs, sketches and drawings are the
first part that make up the beginning of my
artistic journey.

It is the memory of the images that feeds and
stimulates the memory of those remote
landscapes.

Through the paintings and travel diaries, all
those dreamlike elements that I have
harmoniously composed are enclosed.

Vertigo is a foldable paper work
for the final thesis which contains
all the research composed of
photographs and paintings
during this adventure through
the panoramas of the Dolomites.
Vertigo was designed with the
aim of being read and browsed
as if it were a mountain map. The
elements designed for this
project try to stimulate the way
of seeing the world itself and the
environment that surrounds us
through the orientation of the
signs and numbers that make up
a classic geographical map.
